It all started with a Spicy Latina, Mi Amor... Daisy

She's the perfect mix of Sweet and Heat (Mainly Heat), and she's the fiery inspiration for all I do. 

I was once a Gringo who thought mayonnaise was spicy... Then she came into my life and set it ablaze.

Not literally, thank goodness... but my palate? It was never the same.

I started small with Taco Bell hot sauce and worked my way up to Frank's RedHot. My tolerances were growing...

Day by day, week by week, month by month, year by year, my tolerance grew more and more and so did my fiery passion for her. 

We had dogs, shared a home and now we're starting a family... 

Literally... we're having a baby! It's pretty cool.

"So," you might ask, "what's that got to do with hot sauce?"

Well it's because she was the reason I started making it. She wanted something spicy to put on wings and I set out to handcraft her something with fiery passion that she would love and this is what I came up with. We called it "Sweet Baby J's Hot Sauce!" and it was pretty damn good.

 ...Unfortunately it was a little too similar to another brand. 

So we dropped the "Sweet", created something with Heat, and now we want to share it with others.
